The owner is extremely sweet. Very kind. The brisket pho and banh mi are out of this world. Very complex flavors. Highly recommend this hole in the wall.

I live nearby and visit fairly often. Not enough can be said about the Pirate Island Vietnamese coffee. I can’t leave without grabbing some.
Of course, the food is also great. I’m a fan of the seafood pho, and the pad Thai at 10/10 spice level.
Tamarind margarita is a must-try from the drink menu.

I am actually blown away by this pho for starters! The brisket is smoked and put into the pho and it’s delicious and the broth has amazing flavor! The owner is very kind and friendly I was introduced to the coffee and yall it’s a perfect balance not too sweet and not too bitter! I definitely recommend this place oh and also there’s a cool vibe / scenery here it’s great!
